By registering to participate in the Extreme Team Football game governed by these terms and conditions and the Game Rules (as defined below) ("the Game") you hereby agree to be bound by and to abide by the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions").
Entry
1. All applications to participate in the Game must be made online on the Extreme Team Football (XTF) website at www.extremeteamfootball.co.uk ("the Site") and strictly in accordance with the relevant instructions. No applications to enter made in any other manner will be accepted. Applications are at the dicretion of XTF and once an application is accepted any applicant thus entitled to participate in the Game shall be a Manager.
2. Entry into the Game is open to both UK and non-UK residents.
3. No purchase necessary. Entry to the game is free.
4. Entries must not be submitted by agents or third parties. No responsibility can be accepted for lost, delayed or incomplete entries or entries not received by XTF for any reason. Any such entries will be deemed void (concerning which the decision of XTF shall be final).
Game Rules
5. The Game will be governed by the Game Rules from time to time published on the Site by XTF ("Game Rules"). XTF reserves the right to alter, amend or supplement the Game Rules from time to time as it sees fit in its absolute discretion in the event of any circumstances beyond its control arising or where it considers it desirable to do so and you hereby agree that no liability shall attach to XTF. You are advised to check the Game Rules regularly from time to time. The Game Rules form part of these terms and conditions.
6. XTF will be the sole arbiter of any matter of interpretation of the Game Rules and any aspect of the content of or playing of the Game. XTF will not enter into correspondence relating to such matters and its decision as to any matter arising out of or in connection with the Game Rules including but not limited to the allocation of points to any Player and/or any ranking or league table shall be final and conclusive.
7. XTF reserves the right to reject team names or league names which are deemed to be inappropriate, offensive or confusing. Any names so rejected may be changed within 7 seven days. In the event that the alternative name proposed on behalf of any applicant to play the Game in such circumstances is again rejected at XTF's discretion the relevant applicant will be treated as being in breach of these terms and conditions.
8. Any breach by any Player of the Game Rules from time to time shall be a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
General
9. In the event of any breach by any applicant and/or any Player of these Terms and Conditions, XTF reserves the right to refuse entry to the relevant applicant and/or disqualify the player in question from any further participation in the Game and such decision by XTF shall be final. Any applicant so refused and/or Manager so disqualified shall not be eligible to participate in the Game under any other identity or team name.
10. Any personal data relating to Managers will be used by XTF solely in accordance with current data protection legislation. In addition XTF will only use personal data relating to entrants in accordance with its privacy policy.
11. Copyright in the Game Rules and points structure of the Game and all material on this web site is the sole property of XTF.
12. You may download and print material from this website for your own private and personal use. You may forward material from this website to other people provided it is for their own private and personal use, you credit XTF as the source of the information quoting the website address www.extremeteamfootball.co.uk and draw their attention to these terms and conditions. The website cannot be used in any other way, including for commercial purposes.
13. XTF shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered by any person (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of or in connection with or arising out of the Game and/or the application of the Game Rules or these Terms and Conditions or as a result of or in connection with or arising out of the use of the same or any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with or arising out of the use of the same except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14. Reasonable skill and care has been taken in producing this website. However no guarantee is provided by XTF that all information on this website is complete, accurate or up-to-date.
15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
